Welcome to Episode 4 of the Savvy Startup Birmingham Podcast.  Kimberly Brock, Owner and Founder of Bitty's Living Kitchen is a pop up kitchen supported by the RevBirmingham initiative that features fresh salads, soups, wraps, juices and detox waters from locally sourced produce prepared inhouse everyday!  As a local entreprenear to Birmingham, Kim has started and owned previous eateries, but found her true passion with Bitty's Living Kitchen and the healing power, nurishment, and flavorful taste through the use of whole, uncooked foods.

Kim, with host Mart Marasco, discusses onsite at her eatery in the Pizitz Food Hall what motivated her passion towards this style of eatery, the challenges of offering fresh dishes everyday, and why it is all worth it!
